Welcome to the pk64 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between pk64 and its users. By visiting this website, creating an account, or using any service provided by pk64, you agree to comply with all the terms set out below. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

1 Definitions and Scope

• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, which is the primary currency used on this platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Registration Terms

When registering, you must confirm that:

• You are creating the account for yourself and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You have not previously been banned from pk64 due to any account.
• All information provided at the time of registration is accurate, complete and your own.
• You agree to comply with all rules set out in these Terms.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds. At the time of registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth and correct contact details.

3 Account Security

The responsibility for keeping your pk64 account secure rests entirely with you. Keep your login credentials — that is, your username and password — confidential and never share them with any third party.

• Use a strong password that includes letters, numbers and special characters.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• pk64 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

pk64 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from a third party accessing your account or from sharing your account details. We may request account verification at any time for security reasons.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds into pk64: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

When making a deposit, ensure that the mobile banking number used is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in your account being suspended.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests may only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been completed.
• Withdrawal amounts will be returned via the same method used to make the deposit.
• pk64 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any suspicious transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can enjoy a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make bonus funds withdrawable, you must wager the total bonus amount 20 times (20x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳20,000 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies only once per user, household, IP address and device.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified period from the date the bonus is claimed, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, pk64 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Cashback and special benefits under the VIP programme are subject to separate terms.
• pk64 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Programme

The pk64 VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. By playing regularly, you can move up to a higher tier and enjoy greater weekly cashback.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier benefits are determined based on regular play and pk64 reserves the right to modify them at its discretion.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The pk64 platform offers a range of gaming options including online casino games, sports betting, live casino and slots. All games are operated to ensure fair play.

6.1 Betting Rules

• While an active bonus is in place, each bet amount must remain within the maximum permitted limit for that bonus.
• Once a bet has been finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a technical error, pk64 may void that bet.
• If irregular or manipulative betting patterns are detected, the bets on that account may be cancelled and winnings forfeited.

6.2 Technical Issues

In the event of server outages, internet disconnections or software errors, pk64 will make a reasonable decision regarding affected bets. pk64 reserves the right to apply correct values to bets placed on the basis of figures or odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

6.3 Game Providers

pk64 supplies games through partnerships with Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe and other reputable game providers. Specific rules for each game can be found within the game itself.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk64 platform and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds if violated:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or incorrect information.
• Using another person's account or payment details.
• Using software, bots, auto-clickers or any other automated method.
• Coordinating multiple accounts in a deliberate attempt to exploit the bonus system.
• Using pk64 for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Engaging in dishonest or threatening behaviour towards other users.

8 Responsible Gaming

13 Termination & Suspension

• By order of a court or authority.

Upon account termination, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user's verified payment method, provided no violation has been established.
