pk64 Responsible Gaming —
Stay Safe and Have Fun

pk64 believes that entertainment should always be controlled and enjoyable. Our responsible gaming tools and guidelines are here to help you stay healthy and happy.

Our Responsibility Commitment

pk64 has established itself as a trusted and safe entertainment platform for players in Bangladesh. For us, responsible gaming is not just a policy — it is the foundation of everything we do. We want every member to enjoy casino and betting as a healthy form of entertainment, where they always remain in control of their money.

When gambling or online betting goes beyond entertainment and begins to affect other areas of life, it can become a problem. pk64 takes this seriously and provides various effective tools and measures to protect players. Your safety is our priority.

Key Responsible Gaming Tools

Deposit Limit

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit for yourself. Once a limit is set, it cannot be exceeded. This feature keeps your budget safe and prevents overspending.

Loss Limit

Decide in advance the maximum amount you can lose within a given time period. Once your loss limit is reached, your account is automatically protected, which helps reduce financial losses.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum time for each gaming session. When the time is up, the platform will automatically help you take a break. This is highly effective for managing the habit of playing for long periods.

Time-Out Feature

If you feel you need a temporary break, take a time-out for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period your account will be completely inactive and no bets can be placed.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact our support team to request a long-term self-exclusion. Options are available to close your account from 6 months up to permanently.

24/7 Support

Our Bengali-speaking support team is by your side seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Reach us through live chat for any advice or assistance related to responsible gaming.

21+

For Ages 21+ Only

pk64 strictly prevents anyone under 21 years of age from participating in any form of online casino and betting activity. An age verification process is followed at the time of account creation. We are fully committed to the protection of minors. Please make sure that minors cannot access your account.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Monitor your own gaming behavior. If any of the following signs appear, it is important to be cautious and seek help promptly:

  • Feeling a strong urge to keep playing in order to recover lost money — being stuck in the thinking that "just a little more and I'll win it back."
  • Neglecting responsibilities to family, friends, or work in favor of gaming, and disrupting normal daily life.
  • Spending beyond your means, taking loans, or breaking into savings to fund your gaming.
  • Being unable to reduce the amount or time spent gaming, and repeatedly failing when trying to stop.
  • Lying to or hiding information from family and loved ones about your gaming.
  • Feeling mental restlessness, anger, or depression when unable to play, and turning to gaming for peace of mind.

Remember: If even one of the above signs applies to you, contact pk64's 24/7 live chat support today. We will not judge — we will only help.

Assess Yourself

Think honestly about your gaming habits. The questions below will help you make a decision:

Are you spending more than your set budget? If yes, set a deposit limit and plan your budget.

Are you spending more time gaming than on your normal daily activities? Use session time limits to keep your time in check.

Do you feel agitated or frustrated after losing and want to keep playing? Remember, the outcome of every game is completely independent — there is no guarantee of recovering lost money.

Have family or friends expressed concern about your gaming habits? Take their words seriously and seek help if needed.

Are you viewing gaming not as entertainment but as a source of income? Online betting is always for entertainment — it is never a reliable source of income.

Golden Rules for Healthy Gaming

Set a Budget in Advance

Decide how much you will spend before each session. There is no reason to go beyond that limit — win or lose.

Gaming Is for Entertainment

Think of playing on pk64 like the cost of watching a movie or eating out — a form of entertainment. Winning is fun, but losing is also a normal part of it.

Take Regular Breaks

Instead of playing for long stretches without a pause, take breaks in between. Spend time with family, go outside — a balanced life is the key to happiness.

Do Not Play Under Stress

Avoid betting when you are angry, sad, anxious, or under mental pressure. It becomes difficult to make sound decisions in that state.

Never With Borrowed Money

Never play with borrowed or loaned money. Only spend money whose loss would have no impact on your family's daily life.

Keep Your Login Details Secure

Do not share your pk64 account password with anyone, especially minors. The account is personal — no one else should be able to use it.
